Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 5PM (EST) → processed next business day
During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days
2. Shipping Time
- Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
- Some products may ship from different warehouses → multiple packages possible
3. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50
- Orders below $50: $4.99 – $7.99
4. Tracking Orders
- Tracking number will be sent via email within 2–5 days after shipment
- Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update
5. Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect shipping address
- Carrier delays (USPS, DHL, etc.)
- Weather / force majeure
6. Incorrect Address
If incorrect address is provided:
- Contact us within 12 hours to fix
- After shipment → cannot guarantee changes
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered”:
- Contact carrier first
- If unresolved → contact us, we will support case review
8. Multiple Item Orders
Orders with multiple items may arrive separately depending on warehouse location.
